WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We only ship through Canada Post.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship within Canada.

HOW IS THE ORDER PACKAGED?

All orders are packaged with double vacuum sealed bags and inside a box for further protection. There is no indication from the exterior of the package to indicate the contents of the order. The package is finished with a poly tear proof mailer bag to prevent tampering or damage during shipment.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders along with payment received by 2PM PST will ship the SAME business day. If your order is received after 12PM PST, your order will ship the following business day.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Typically 2-8 business days. If you live in a remote area, your order may take an extra few days. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, we will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order goes to "completed" status, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please use the link within the email to track your order.

CAN I SHIP IT TO THE NEAREST CANADA POST OFFICE?

Yes this is possible! You’ll have to sign up for Canada Post’s Flex Delivery service and use the address they provide.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation, which can take up to two weeks to complete. Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later; if Canada Post is unable to locate your package, we may send you a one-time replacement or offer you a coupon equal to the dollar value of your missing package.
